The owners of this Stylish Airbnb property had worked night and day to turn to turn it around from their initial purchase of the property, to this stylish two bedroom house for visitors to York to stay.

Something a bit different. A workshop shoot with The Leeds Sign Co – an independent sign and print company based in Yorkshire.

New Development Shoot - Whiteley Croft Gardens, Otley

It was great to return to Whiteley Croft Gardens again last week to shoot some more of the finished properties there. All finished to a super high standard and with lots of natural light making for great photos.

Pass The Keys - Cleveland Street, York

Another shoot for 'Pass The Keys', Air BNB management company, yesterday in York. A beautifully presented two bedroom period terrace, just outside the city centre. 

Paperchase - Leeds

I had the pleasure of taking some shots of Paperchase a little while back. The aim was the get some snippet shots. Pretty colourful place to work!

Kensworth House

Kensworth House was originally a 70’s property which has been extensively refurbished and modernised throughout.

Faversham House - Pass The keys

Faversham House was part of the nurses lodgings for the original York Hospital. This ground floor apartment was put together really well, retaining loads of the original character combined with a modern styling. 

Lairds Way - Space Homes & Yorkshire Housing

It was great to head back to the super sunny Lairds Way on Friday to take some photos of their new show home. Styling by 'Just So Interiors' of Harrogate. 

Comptoir Libanais - Everyman cinema leeds

Definitely one of the more vibrant places I have shot recently! Comptoir Libanais is a Lebanese canteen style restaurant, situated within everyman cinema, Trinity Centre, Leeds. 

Space Homes & Yorkshire Housing - Knottingley Development

I had the pleasure of photographing some newly built affordable housing for Space Homes and Yorkshire Housing last week. The properties were finished to a high standard, with good proportions, and shared ownership starting from only £50,000.

New Otley Development

I had great weather last week for a new residential development shoot in Otley for Dale Eddision. Some really nice properties.

Oporto Bar

Oporto bar is darker place than I usually shoot on a day to day basis, but it was nice to get some real atmosphere into these photos. I Loved the light given off by the neons.

Before & After - Photo Retouching

More and more, builders of newly built and newly refurbished properties are looking to get their houses to market as soon as possible. This sometimes means properties are not really in the best of conditions for me to photograph. All is not lost though. As you can see from the before and after retouched images below of a semi-finished property exterior.

TREAT LEEDS

I took some snaps of the recently open 'treat' cafe in Leeds yesterday. Super sharp lines and great design in that place. loved the concrete elements too! 

Wasabi Leeds

Today I visited the very clean lined 'Wasabi Leeds'. There was so much Natural light from full height windows and huge ceiling sky lights, as well as great views down to the street below.
